Returns
Items Eligible for Return: We accept returns in its original, unused and undamaged condition within 30 days of delivery date.
Return Eligible Items: We accept returns on physical stories that are in their original condition, unused and undamaged, within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Process: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at andydorantesmx@gmail.com , we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the story.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs associated with returning a story are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is the result of our error (sending the wrong story, defective item, etc.).
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the story must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and have inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your refund automatically through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on payment processing policies.
